You may or may not know that July is National Watermelon month. Not only because they are a staple of the summer picnic or outing, but July is prime harvest time.
The combination of sweet watermelon and salty Kalamata olives and Greek feta cheese with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette make a delicious summer salad. Perfect for hot summer days.
