Vinegar and Salt Zucchini Chips
A healthy substitution for those addicting store bought potato chips. Great tasting and they are good for you too.

  1. In a large bowl combine the oils, vinegar and salt.
  2. Add zucchini rounds and gently mix with fingers to coats
  3. Place on dehydrator trays and sprinkle with addition sea salt to taste.
  4. Dehydrator at 135 degrees F for 8 to 12 hours. Time varies depending on the thickness of rounds and the day’s humidity.
  5. Change things up with different spices, such as, Chili-Lime, taco seasoning, Italian Seasoning are only a few of the possibilities. Just sprinkle them on before dehydrating.
Recipe Notes

Don’t have a dehydrator, don’t worry. These can be done in the oven at the lowest setting.
