With strawberry season coming its a great, healthy way to fill up on your strawberry cravings.
I think strawberries are my favorite fruit and they are good for you with anti-oxidants and vitamins.
Health Benefits of Ingredients
Bananas – High in potassium, which is necessary for nerve and muscle function and maintaining a healthy balance of fluids in the body which in turns helps prevent muscle cramps. Contains Vitamin C, B-6, Manganese, fiber and small amounts of iron, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus, Vitamins A and E, folate, carotene and choline. High in tryptophan which is converted into melatonin and then serotonin to help reduce depression.
Strawberries – High in Vitamin C, manganese and fiber. May help in lowering bad cholesterol and blood sugar levels, and improving the cardiovascular system. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Promote bone and eye health and contain anti-aging properties.
