The No-Guilt PB & J Smoothie
Peanut Butter & Jelly guilt-free. Who doesn’t like a PB & J sandwich? I think everyone likes them. My older brother took one everyday to school in his lunch. Being his little sister, I thought he must really like them until I was older and my sister told me he did that because the bigger boys didn’t take his sandwich away! When he was in school he was not very big.
Now you can enjoy the flavor of the famous PB & J sandwich in a gluten-free, protein enhanced smoothie with no guilt.
Almond Milk – No cholesterol or saturated fat. Contains No dairy, soy, lactose, gluten, casein, egg or MSG. Rich in manganese, selenium, Vitamin E, magnesium, zinc, potassium, iron, phosphorus, trytophan and calcium. Almond milk also contains flavonoids, which help to lower levels of “bad” cholesterol and protect the heart.
Bananas – High in potassium, which is necessary for nerve and muscle function and maintaining a healthy balance of fluids in the body which in turns helps prevent muscle cramps.
