Crock Pot BBQ Chicken
Easy crock-pot recipe to get that BBQ flavor without having to pull out the bar-be-que. Mild spicy and warm chicken flavor. Adjust the heat as needed by increasing the amount of Sriracha.
boneless skinless chicken thighs
, (5 thighs in each package)
Jim Bean whiskey
Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
, to taste
freshly ground black pepper
, to tasste
Place onion, celery and carrots in bottom of 4-quart crock pot.
Lay chicken thighs on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and minced garlic on top of chicken.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 8 hours.
Like it spicier? Just add more Sriracha for desired spiciness.
