Crock Pot BBQ Chicken
Easy crock-pot recipe to get that BBQ flavor without having to pull out the bar-be-que. Mild spicy and warm chicken flavor. Adjust the heat as needed by increasing the amount of Sriracha.

Instructions
  1. Place onion, celery and carrots in bottom of 4-quart crock pot.
  2. Lay chicken thighs on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and minced garlic on top of chicken.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 8 hours.

Like it spicier? Just add more Sriracha for desired spiciness.
