This Chocolate-Banana-Blueberry Smoothie is a wonderful smoothie loaded with antioxidants and protein that will keep you satisfied until your next meal. A healthy smoothie is an ideal meal-on-the-go. Using the entire fruit (minus seeds or pit) in a smoothie increases the fiber which helps to keep your blood sugar level from spiking. The added fiber is also good for the intestines. I prefer my smoothies thick like a milkshake. You can thicken the smoothie to your desired thickness by the addition of ice during blending.
