Black and White Bean with Turkey Soup
Have too much Thanksgiving turkey left and out of ideas? Try this soup with Turkey and White and Black Beans. Delicious, don’t expect to have leftovers.

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients, except cooked turkey, in a slow cooker and stir to combine. Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  2. An hour or so before serving add cooked turkey. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  3. Garnish each serving with sliced green onions, sour cream and chopped cilantro, if desired.
Recipe Notes

* The amount of salt depends on how salty your broth is. Adjust up or down as needed.
